Data we process

This website has no registration forms. Bookings and enquiries are made via WhatsApp; in that case we process the data you voluntarily provide (name, phone number and booking details).

If you accept analytics cookies, we also process browsing data on an aggregated basis (see the Cookie Policy).

Purpose and legal basis

To respond to your enquiries and manage the bookings you request (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures).

To analyse the use of the website in order to improve it (legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except with providers that deliver services needed to run the site, such as the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), the analytics tool (Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager, if active) and the WhatsApp messaging service (Meta Platforms). Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers with the safeguards established by the GDPR.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. Analytics data is retained according to the configuration of the tool used.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to dima@nubeestepona.es, proving your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
